Homecoming Dance

Hello! Last night was the Homecoming Dance (8-11pm). Last weekend I'd made a time schedule of what I needed to do to get ready for the dance (I know, I'm really strange lol). First (at 4:45) I took a shower; after that I blew my hair dry, then my mom helped me style my hair (curlers + spiral curling iron later); then I ate dinner (grilled ham & cheese); then I got dressed; then I did my makeup; then I did some last minute things, like jewelry. Mom dropped me off at Niyoka's house at 7:45, where Michelle's mom drove Niyoka, Michelle, Kayla, & I to the dance. The four of us hung out together--you know, dancing the night away practically the whole time lol--for basically the whole dance. It was a lot fun, & plus, I love dressing up & looking really nice--& seeing everyone looking nice too!! ;) The music was so-so. The only real downside--which isn't much of a downside--was that I didn't have a date for the 3rd year in a row, & no one [male] asked me to dance. Oh well. I'll just make sure I have a date for Prom!!!! Anyway, I had a grrrrrrreat time!!!!! :--) Tatta!!!
