A Good End to the Worst Week

The worst week of my life ended on a good note yesterday. I got my driver's license!!! Finally!!!! OK, well before I get into that let me just explain why last week was so horrible...In one week I had: SATs, AP English exam, AP Euro exam...omg I was practically brain dead. Yesterday at my tennis match it seemed as if I had very few brain cells left. Three three-hour tests in one week is enough to make a person go crazy, let me tell you! I was going to go into a depression or something if I didn't get my license yesterday; I was soooo nervous! I told my mom that we'd make brownies to celebrate if I did get it, because that would really be a celebration of me surviving this week. I didn't tell anyone that I was getting (or trying to get) it just in case I didn't get it; I know, it's weird--I'm a firm believer in jinxes, and so is my mom. Only my parents, my grandma, and my tennis coach knew (I had to tell 'cuz I was going to be late for yesterday's match). But I told people right after 'cuz I was so excited!...It doesn't benefit me a whole lot though, 'cuz I don't have car. And the restriction against driving w/ other people's really complicated--I don't exactly understand it myself, but I do know that for now I can only drive with one of my parents, and that's all. The only advantages of having your license is that you can drive by yourself and also that you can drive anywhere in the world. That's pretty cool, though...Well, um, that's really all I can say. I'm just sooooooooo happy!!! I know I overuse punctuation and vowels a lot but so what? Well anyway au revoir!! :--)
