Christmas Vaycay

Hello! I don't know about you all, but I had a pretty good Christmas. This year we received fewer presents--though I still got more than I'd thought I'd get--because of our new summer/winter house in Vermont (which should be done in several weeks); I got everything on my list (Pirates of the Caribbean & Bend It Like Beckham DVDs, "His Dark Materials" books 2 & 3 [by Phillip Pullman], Britney Spears' "In The Zone" [which isn't that good, by the way], a CD player, & clothes), & then some (earrings, a calendar, among others). And plus, we got Hanukkah presents; &, what's more, today's my bro's (13th) b'day--I have to wait nearly 5 months 'til my b'day! Oh well, I guess waiting is better...on Friday we went to Vermont & stayed at my dad's friend's house up in Londonderry (a 3-hour drive), & on Saturday we drove up to Sugarbush to look at our house (an hour from where we were staying). We left their house on Monday. It was fun--I went snowshoeing on Sat. & played tennis w/ my mom on Sun.--though I was bored quite often...I can't believe tomorrow's 2004! Of course, I'm gonna stay up 'til midnight & watch the ball drop, 'cuz it's tradition, in a way...I'm glad that I've finished my homework (yes I know, my teachers gave us work to do over vaycay, but @ least I'm done w/ it). Exams start in fewer than 2 weeks--aaaaah!!!! But let's not worry about that yet...anyway, is that all I have to say? I don't know. Well, we've started to watch our new movies; Christmas night we watched XXX (I bought that for my bro), 2 night ago: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (from my parents to my bro), & last night: Pirates of the Caribbean. You know what? I just absoloutely love Pirates (can't ya tell?)--you know why? 'Cuz it's just incredibly enjoyable, that's why; not only that, but Johnny Depp's hilarious, & Orlando Bloom's hunky. Wouldn't you agree? By the way, what'dya think of my new layout lol?...anyway, tatta, that's all for now!!! ;) I hope everyone has a happy new year!! :--)
